The third midsummer luncheon of tbe Ladies' Auxiliary of tbe Ocean City Yacht Club was beld Thursday afternoon. Mrs. William E Heximer, president, was presented wltb a handsome set of silver fur her bureau, and Mra. Robert McKeowu, secretary, received a beautiful link bracelet. Mrs. Alfred M. Gray, one of the active woikers, made tbe presentation speech and stated that she presented these with the love aud token of the high esteem and friendship that all ibe members bave for tbe retiring president and secretary of their auxMrs. Hexamer and Mrs. McKeown the members for tbslr gifts, which they prized so highly, coming from all the members tbe wey they did, and Ihey said they hoped tbe auxiliary' would grow in membership and In Influence and that all the members would work In Ibe future as tbey bave in tbe past to make it a success. .They said that they would personally do all Ihey could to make It eveo more toecessful lo tbe future.
