That the Public Comfort Station at ths foot, or Eighth Street In Ocean City. New Jrr*ey, be and the same 1* brreby authorixrd to be Improved. Section 2. That all tbe work, labor and materials to be done «nd furnUbvd in tbe Improving or tbe said Public Comfort Button. aball be according to the plan* and specifications on file In tbe City Clerk's Offlce. Section 3. That the oo*t and expense of tbe Improving of tbe said Public Comfor: Station aball be defrayed by tbe City of Ocean City at large by the Issuing of ■ bond or bonds of the City of Ocean City In such sum or tuDt aa allowed by law ; said bond or bonds shall be definite In amount and mature within the time provided by law and shall bear Interest at a rate not exceeding «>s per contam per sntmm . said bond or bonds shall be Issued In all re*peet» In conformity to tbe laws of the State of New Jersey. relating to Jbe issuing of bonds by municipalities* The form. date, maturity, denomination and all other requirements necessary for the issuing of the bond or bonds as well as the total amount thereof ahall b« as provided In a resolution or resolution* or ordinance adopted br the Hoard of Commissioner* of Ocaaa City, .New Jersey.
