City Plans Many Big Improvements Before Season of 1920. R. W. Edwards suggested at the regular meeting of the Board of Trade that a motion he pasncd lo the tilted, that it Is the sense of the board that the members make an appeal to the City Commissioners that the authorities grade the old camp grouud from Ocean avenue out before uext summer.
