W a We consider the Most Attractive Ocean Front offtr that has been made in years is our figure of only $19,500.00 for the Corner oi I Seventh Street and Boardwalk, measuring about 115 feet along the walk by 300 feet deep. It cannot be matched in location and price and there is urgent need at the present moment for * the improvements that can be placed upon it, such as Theatre, Stores, Apartments, Apartment Houses on Seventh street front, etc. No investment in Ocean City today can be found so attractive to individual, company or syndicate. Favorable terms. Massey Edwards Have you noticed that attractive two-family A partment H ouse on Seventh street ? The upper apartment 9 rooms and bath, the lower 6 rooms and bath and large pantry. Rental of upper apartment will produce a net 6 per cent, return on the entire investment The lower apartment can be comfortably used the year round, $8,500. Thirteen foot driveway along ocean side lor garage purposes. A fine opportunity for home and investment combined. Massey <$£ Edwards •
