Mr. Cor*on, Apareittly in health, hid performed u murrtaKe ceremony in the First M. e. Church of Huntmonton, of which he was pastor, Saturday uflernoon. He took dinner, with his wife, at a hotel, and then went down town and bought a paper. Returning to the parnonage, he guve the paper to Mrs. Corson and went to tike second floor. A few moments later, Mrs. Corson heard the sound of a full. She found her husband lying dead on the floor. Death wo*^ due to cerebral hemorrhage. Mr. Corson was born at Petersburg, Cape May County, August 18, 1851. His father was Captain Allen Corson, who was engaged in the coast tratie. The mother of the deceased died when he was six years old. Mr. Corson was educated at Pennington Seminary. He was in the ministry for 38 years. His first churge was at Port Norris. Successively he was pastor in Sharplown, Elmer, Trenton, Clayton, Princeton, Ocean City, Munustiuan, Haddonfield, Pleusantville and Hammonton. In Haddonfield he built a handsome church. Through his efforts a new church building was begun in Princeton, where he was stationed five years. In Hammonton he was engaged in making his church a community center. Mr. Corson was an anient fisherman ami enjoyed trips to Ocean City. His crowning experience was in Florida a year ago last winter. There, with his son and chum, Dr. Allen Corson, he had many exciting experiences. Mr. Corson was twice married. His first wife, who died eleven years ago, was Miss Sarah Hodan, of Cape May. There were eight children. They are: The Rev. Alexander Corson, superintendent of the Camden District; Dr. Allen Corson, of this city; Harris, who is in business In California; the Rev. Pennington Corson, of Barnegat; Paul, of Philadelphia; Mrs. P. K. DuBois, of Glassboro, ami Misses Louise ami Caroline Corson of West Chester. Mr. Corson's second wife was Mrs. Emma J. Rowe,- of Haddonfield. Short services were held in the church at Hammonton yesterday morning. The body was then taken to Cannlen, where services were held in the Broadway M. e. Church iny the afternoon, conducted b imminent officials of tie Methodist Church. The speakers included Dra. John Handley and Edward Forrest Hann. Th' V.terment was at Clayton. RENTS COTTAGE FOR $1,000. Eugene J. Finnan, member of the Baltimore Stock Exchange, has rented the Mrs. S. E. Daus' Cottage. 800 Plymouth Place, through the agency of J. William Morrison.
