The director guarantees that the concerts will lie of the highest class. In return, he will lie given the free use of music pavilion, lighted and with water and sewage connections. He asks the priviledge of closing the entrances to the pnvilion and on both sides of the pavilion, and charging an admission fee ' during the concerts.
