Chaplain F. F. Wittkamp. who was also a first lieutenant, arrived at Hoboken a few days ago - from France. He was with the 113th Engineers. The remains will he buried at Arlington Cemetery, and word will be sent Mr. Wittkamp by the Government as to the time of the Chaplain Wittkamp died of scarlet fever at Chalmnnto, France . two years ago last Christmas.
