F. Shellenberger, of Philadelphia, were he has a chain of stores who recently purchased the ocean ' front tract at Plymouth plac^, this city, plans to erect a l.arge building on this lot in the fall, containing stores and apartments. The building will be' a decided Improvement to that section of the Boardwalk. Indications are that there will be considerable building activity in Ocean City this coming fail and next winter, pnovided the weather conditions are favorable. Mr. Sarver and family, of Philadelphia, are the guests of Chas. F. Phillips and family at their cottage S21 DeLancey place. Mr. Sarver is connected with a large jewelry house j in Philadelphia.
