It is alleged that they created a disturbance near a garage on Ashury avenue, near Twelfth sticct, much to the annoyance of the people in that vicinity, who were arroused from their slumbers by the racket. One of the accused said at the hearing that there must have been some mistake, because they did not feel that they were guilty of the charge. He was told that the witnesses would lie brought to a hearing to be held - the next day, and that in the meantime each of the accused eould-furn-ish 1200 bail for. his appearance at the hearing.
