SHIFTERS' CLUB * Started H«r Ls«t Saturday Ni|htx Wore Green Neckties j* If you see a group of men on the « street acting suspiciously, or meet an { individual who makes peculiar signs, don't think for a moment they arc crazy. They're only members of the Shifters' Cluh. The ftroup in all prol»ahility is petti nfr ready to shift, while the individual is trying to find out if you are a member. The Shifters' Club broke loose in Ocean City lpst Saturday night when over twenty-five leading business men of the town were initiated into the fast growing order. Dr. C. H. Vail started the thing going when he took in Ralph L. Chester, real estate broker. Chester promptly went out into the highways and byways and corralled a score or more of i other business men, and the entfrv-i throng then went the rounds of the | city. I Among^ those taken in were Thornely Hughes, a prominent pharmacist; Russell H.
