The meeting of the local post held on the third floor of W. IL Harris' restaurant Inst Thurs- - day evening was typical of the Morgan- Ranckers in many respects. WOMEN'S CHRISTIAN TEMPERANCE UNION The local branch of the Women's Christian Temperance Union will hold their annual parlor meeting on Friday evening at the home of Mrs. William* Wilson. A pleasing program has been ar ranged and a large attendencc is anticipated. The meetings are invariable instructive anil inspirational to all interested in purity ami sobriety. DAUGHTERS OF AMERICA A large delegation of the memliers of tMb Daughters of America, visited Holly Council -of Wildw-ood. last Friday evening. The visit was made the occasion of elaborate festivities. A splindiil program had been prepared by the Wildwood Council, which reflected infinite credit upon all the performers. Several humorous sketches were given which caused endless laughter. After the entertainment the visitors were royally treated with a cafeteria lunch, making a fitting climax to a memoral meeting. Among the ladies representing the Ocean Council were: Mrs. Amy Breckley. Mr*. Ethyl Dam nelly, Mrs. Helen Sharp, Mrs. Risalie Howe, Mrs. Florence Gilbert, Mrs. Annie Lake.
