The luncheon bonr was enlivened by the presence of a large number of boys, each member having been requested to bring one as his guest. Very appropriately therefore, W. Charles L. Cadwalder president and Oiaries W. Bafabridge. superintendent of the Qmantown Boys' Chib were also present The address delivered by Mr. Levis was a masterly effort and an fltaunating study of boy probletna from various angles. Mr. Leyla prefaced his remarks by raftering with very evident emotion to the late President, Warren p- Harding, and of the Interest the late chief took in every movement for the advancement of the boys of the nation. "TJ* W problem." said Mr. Butcher, "is similar to every other I Mm confronting civilization, and of cause and effect1 Environment, lade of clean and wholesome recreational facilities, and of proper training were the fruitful : cause of l-oy delinquency everywhere.
