With six of seven players as newcomers, the freshmandominated team swept by a game and enthusiastic, Absegami squad Stone Harbor’s Orton Hlcka overcame some early difficulties and won 75, 6-1, Burleigh's Lance Harrison dropped the first set in a tiebreaker 7*6 (5-4) but rallied to win the remaining two sets 6-3,6-3. Lance seemed to recover well enough from the first set to keep pressure on h‘s opponent and force him into repeated errors The two-hour match ended with Lance emerging as the victor, conditioning and determination paying off. Third singles victory went to Court House's Wayne Rowe. Wayne pulled out a tie-breaker victory 7-6 (5-3) fn the first set and coasted to a 6-4 clincher in the second Wayne's patience proved all he needed for his talented, but impatient
